I tried the clean-it cloths and the soap nuts....reluctantly! Now I won't be comfortable in a house without them! I use these cloths for everything. It is revolutionary to use nuts for soap since our society is so programmed to use very bubbly fragrant detergents. I totally dislike the over fragrant soaps and they are bad for the environment. Soap Nuts are truly where we need to be going in this time of need to shift and take better care of our environment!

All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped within 3 business days, and you can usually expect delivery within 2-8 business days after placing your order.

Our products are shipped via the USPS because they have the best prices for shipping our products, plus they ship to any address. If you wish to use a different form of shipping please contact to arrange it.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and automated within our shopping cart system and are clearly visible during the check out process. There is also a shipping chart on the Store page so you will be able to anticipate your shipping charges. Please contact us if there is a problem with shipping charges.

Shipping Internationally

At this time, we do not ship our product internationally because the soap nuts imports are governed differently by other countries

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally we run out of stock of particular items rather unexpectedly. If this happens, we will send you an email to offer an alternate product. If the alternate is not satisfactory, we will promptly issue a refund, through PayPal, for the missing items — along with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Problems with Your Order

If we are out of stock on an item we will contact you immediately to let you know it will be available. Substitutions will be offered but do not have to be accepted.

Returns

If for ANY reason you are unhappy with our products, please send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, NO questions asked! (Because your input helps us to better understand our customer’s needs, we do appreciate a short explanation for the reason of return — but it is certainly not required).
